At the times when our Submission Process for these is OPEN, please contact our by e-mail before submitting anything. Please note that when the Submission Process is CLOSED, it is very unlikely that we will respond to any e-mails or snail-mails received.
At the times when this Submission Process is OPEN, please follow our affiliated Literary Department's process. Please note that when the Submission Process is CLOSED, it is very unlikely that we will respond to any e-mails or snail-mails received.
We cannot consider either plays or musicals unless evidence is provided to show that they have had a full stage production in front of an audience, given by either an amateur group or a professional company, and lasting for at least three performances. Different requirements apply to school-based musicals (please ask).
We aim to read your plays and pantomimes and respond within six months, although that is not always possible where our circumstances dictate otherwise.
Stagescripts Ltd is not able to return paper format scripts or CD's, so please do not send stamped addressed envelopes with any material submitted. Please also ensure that any material you send is a copy, and is not your master version, as unsuccessful submission material will be destroyed.
Stagescripts Ltd undertakes to respect the copyright you hold in any works submitted, even if we advise you that we do not wish to add your title(s) to our catalogue. If you require it, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you prior to submission.
