Synopsis

A cool seductress and a vengeful nobody conspire with you to destroy a rising star.
Matthew John Curtis is the quirky and quixotic leading man of stage and screen, noted for his performance in the hit sitcom 'Here And There'. His disillusioned girlfriend Theo thinks he’s a spineless hypocrite, obsessed with making her feel sorry for him. His enraged brother Alex thinks he’s a boorish fraud, who’s stolen his stage persona from him.
They independently plot to bring Matthew down, employing a confused but willing journalist to observe Matthew from within their circle and report on whatever she sees. But Theo and Alex are so obsessed with exposing Matthew’s faults that they entirely disregard their own... until their plans begin to fall apart and they have to confront the jealousy and spite that got them into this mess in the first place.
Slick, cynical and very funny, Wild Allegations is an emotionally intricate and wholly engaging dramatic comedy about self-deception and how we perceive those close to us.
