We used to offer downloads of our old paper forms for customers who were unsure about using online forms. But, as we have only received one or two of the printed ones since 2015, it seems that the vast majority of our customers are happy to use the online versions and we've decided to remove the ability to download the paper versions. 

Sales of scripts is achieved through this, our our e-commerce website, and requesting a royalties quotation is now achieved through using this form.
