Catherine O'Reilly

Catherine O'Reilly

Catherine was called to the bar of England and Wales in 1997 and has practised as a criminal barrister since then. Her interest in writing and composition started at an early age, and since then she has consistently written whenever given the opportunity.

Catherine is a keen performer both on stage and on television. Her recent television credits include Coronation St, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Our Girls and she has performed professionally onstage in a number of productions including Hitting Town, Charlies Aunt, Into the Woods and Beauty and the Beast.

This is Catherine's second writing venture. She is currently in production for One Show More, a brand new comedy musical with a new musical score and lyrics which she has penned.

Tim Churchill

Tim Churchill

Tim has been a stage actor since 1997 and has appeared in the original national tour of Doctor Dolittle, Bill Kenwright’s original national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar and has for many years played the role of Mr Lyons in Blood Brothers both on tour and in the West End.

He is currently (June 2016) the assistant director (on tour) of Blood Brothers. Tim portrayed the Spitfire inventor Reginald Mitchell both on stage and for film in the one man show Spitfire Dream and also played the part of Robin Hood in Jim Davidson’s adult pantomime, Boobs in the Wood.

The Magnificent Seven is Tim’s second writing partnership with Catherine following their successful jukebox musical, What's All The Fuss About? based on the Shakespeare classic, Much Ado About Nothing. Their latest musical, One Show More, premiered at the Stoke Repertory Theatre in September 2016 featuring a brand new musical score and lyrics written by Catherine. They are currently working on a new screenplay called Capital Punishment.
