               COVID-19 Advice (issued 18 March 2020)

Given the current circumstances we've had a high number of groups make contact with us, and, due to the amount of effort put into rehearsals/marketing etc, most of them have so far wanted to re-schedule rather than cancel. We're not charging fees for any deferral of productions.

If you decide to postpone your production you probably won't know the dates for later in the year, or next year, yet, but please advise us nevertheless, and we'll issue a new temporary licence to show a date range of 2-3 months which you can then refine with us when the actual production dates are known.

Regarding cancellation: our administration fee will not be levied where you are forced to cancel your production.

We will be unable to fulfil any orders for printed scripts for the foreseeable future. Any orders placed will be cancelled and a refund made.
Orders for downloadable preview scripts and e-scripts are not affected.

Christine Foster

Christine’s work has been produced in Canada, Australia, Denmark, Mexico, Korea, the UK and the US.

She has penned book and lyrics for five musicals as well as many scripts for CBS, CTV, CBC, History and Disney’s Family Channel. In Toronto she co-founded, produced and wrote for Cliffhanger Productions which won several awards for educational outreach and bringing world mythology to family audiences.

In 2011 she was a writer-in-residence at the Devon Academy for the Performing Arts in the UK and in 2013 served as Artistic Director for Diez Minutos, San Miguel de Allende, (Mexico’s first ten minute play festival), where she has also directed several mainstage productions.

Since 2015 she has written new adaptations of The Just So Stories, Rikki Tikki Tavi and a new play about young Kipling in India, The Fever Trees, performed at The Brighton Fringe and Kipling Festival Rottingdean. Her full length, Four Thieves’ Vinegar, a black comedy about the Black Death, is currently under option to a London theatre.
